Downtown Clinic provides Primary and Specialty Healthcare Services for Albany County Residents who have no health insurance and live under poverty level.

We are accepting new patients. Please call 307-745-8445 for more information or to make an appointment. Our clinic is open Tuesday – Thursday for patients.

A message can be left if there is no answer, as the clinic is staffed only part time. Messages are reviewed often and, if over the weekend or a holiday, as soon as possible. Live Chat is available 24/7!

COVID Vaccines are free, so DTC is not giving these at this time. Please call any local pharmacy or Ivinson Medical Group to ask about how to get your booster today.

The CDC recommends a COVID-19 booster if you are 18 or older and: Received the Janssen/Johnson & Johnson vaccine at least two months ago. Received both shots of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine at least six months ago.
